One Last Little Detail

 Cyclists who ride across the country traditionally dip their bike wheel in the Pacific or Atlantic when they start and then in the Atlantic or Pacific when they finish crossing the country.

Harv and Pat will dip their wheel in the Pacific at Astoria, OR.  Harv just located where they will be able to dip their wheel in the Atlantic when they complete their trip.
