We were curious about what makes this small town a Bicycling Capital, so we googled to find the nearest bike shop and ask them about the claim. We were told this town was the first town to create a “rail trail”. I suppose every place has to have some claim to fame, but this was a real stretch π.

Another town we rode through, Clifton, was having a Tractor Pull. The kind of event you’d expect in Wisconsin on a weekend π. We stopped, saw, and had a cheeseburger π
Linda and I tracked down our first Frank Lloyd Wright building, the Albert D German Warehouse in Richland Center, WI
